The “Best in Show” category winners will be selected from all entries, with one retailer and one supplier receiving the honor.
Designers may also now submit more than one entry per category, for an unlimited number of entries.
“The CASE Awards celebrate the exceptional creativity and craftsmanship of our members by giving them the opportunity to submit original designs for national recognition,” said Amanda Gizzi, director of PR and events at Jewelers of America.
“This competition shines a spotlight on the talent within our industry, encourages innovation, and showcases stunning jewelry that can be discovered at JA member companies.”
A panel of industry experts will judge entries on overall design, marketability, wearability, and quality of manufacture.
The two-part judging process will begin with a virtual pre-judging round, then finalists will submit physical pieces for the final in-person evaluation.
Winners will receive a customized CASE Awards trophy and national trade and consumer media exposure.
JA will also promote all entrants through a social media and a digital marketing campaign.
