Cindy Edelstein Memorial Auction Returns to Vegas
The online auction is happening during the month of May with the final dollar amount raised being announced at the Couture show.

Las Vegas—The Contemporary Jewelry Design Group (CJDG) has announced the second edition of the Cindy Edelstein Memorial Auction.
Started last year, the auction’s sophomore effort will take place online during the month of May, culminating June 1 at the Couture show.
The auction will feature a number of jewels donated from independent designers.
While last year’s auction lots were produced exclusively by members of the CJDG, this year the group is opening up submission to any designer showing at Couture.
Jewelry donations are being accepted now. To submit, fill out a form on the designated website.
Bidding online will happen the entire month of May, commencing May 1 and ending at noon on June 1. That evening, the final dollar amount raised will be announced at a Couture show event.
Winners also will be notified by email no later than June 2.
Auction proceeds will benefit Jewelers for Children and the Women’s Jewelry Association’s Cindy Edelstein fund.
Edelstein was a longtime fine jewelry consultant, entrepreneur, author and editor who died suddenly in 2016. She was beloved as a mentor and advocate for independent designers.
For additional information about the auction, contact CJDG’s Executive Director Marylouise Lugosch at marylouise@cjdg.jewelry.
