Buy a Diamond From This Retailer, Get a Benz For ‘Free’
One Ohio jeweler is offering a luxury package for the holidays that includes a 16-carat, $1 million Forevermark diamond and a 2017 Mercedes Benz S550 Cabriolet.

New York--One Ohio retailer is giving the gifts in the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book a run for their money.
Toledo-based Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers is offering a luxury package for the holidays that includes a 16-carat, $1 million Forevermark round brilliant-cut diamond and a 2017 Mercedes Benz S550 Cabriolet.
But the $1.15 million “Holy Toledo! Ultimate Holiday Indulgence” is only priced at $1 million, meaning that a customer is buying a diamond and getting the car as a free gift with purchase, according to the store.
Jeffrey Mann will have the loose stone available to view in December. The package will be open for purchase until Dec. 23.
“Toledo is completely misunderstood. It takes a lot of ribbing. I want to make my hometown a destination for rare and exquisite luxury items because I believe Toledo is an incredible jewel, in and of itself,” owner Jeffrey Mann explains.
“This is designed for a very special buyer who demands the best of the best: Forevermark in a diamond and Mercedes-Benz in a vehicle. This buyer can appreciate the rarity and beauty of a superlative diamond. The Mercedes-Benz is a kind of free gift with purchase that provides a little extra incentive. On a more personal note, I suppose it’s proof that a small businessman can still dream big and see that dream realized.”
Meanwhile, another retailer is launching a promotion in time for the holiday season, giving couples the chance to celebrate at sea after the proposal.
Starting Nov. 25 (Black Friday), Hamilton Jewelers will offer clients the gift of a cruise voyage with its “Love on Land. Celebrate at Sea” package.
With the purchase of any engagement ring valued at $5,000 or more, customers will get a 3-night package for the Norwegian Sky cruise ship, with accommodations for two adults and meals, beverages, entertainment and port fees included.
Hamilton President Hank Siegel said, “We wanted to offer our bridal clients a great opportunity to enjoy a romantic getaway to commemorate their engagement, and we felt that a beautiful cruise on the high seas was a memorable option.”
Founded in 1912, Hamilton is a family-owned and operated firm with locations in Princeton, N.J. and Palm Beach, Florida.
