Stuller’s new program puts clients ‘First’
The manufacturer and supplier has launched its first company-wide loyalty program, “Stuller First,” giving participating jewelers a number of shipping and ordering benefits.

Lafayette, La.--Stuller Inc. has launched its first company-wide loyalty program, “Stuller First,” giving participating jewelers a number of shipping and ordering benefits.
For a $199 introductory annual membership fee, jewelers in the program receive next-day afternoon shipping at a cost of $6.99 for any package that weighs less than five pounds.
Other benefits of the program include no minimum purchase requirements and an unlimited amount of those next-day afternoon shipments. Shipping costs automatically are applied to the order when placed.
The membership is valid for a full year.
Stuller said that the membership would pay for itself in about 20 shipments, and that the new program also offers a unique opportunity for customers who have been thinking about trying new products.
“This program has been two years in the making, and we’re eager to finally bring it to our customers,” Stuller Chief Marketing Officer Kevin Metz said. “We’ve always strived to put our customers first. And this is our way of making it easier for them to do business with us, beginning with the way we ship packages.”
