The 24 Karat Club Southeastern U.S. is now accepting applications for the multiple scholarships it is offering.

New York--The 24 Karat Club Southeastern U.S. is now accepting applications for the multiple scholarships it is offering.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 30.
Eligible for the scholarships are individuals currently working in the jewelry industry for at least one year and holding residence in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.
Winners will be chosen based on criteria outlined in the scholarship application.
The available scholarships are as follows.
--The Robert Foreman Memorial Scholarship, a $2,000 award to be used for jewelry education and training;
--The Sterling Reputation Scholarship Program, one or more scholarships distributed from a $2,500 fund to be used for jewelry education training; and
--Diamond Council of America Scholarships, three scholarships covering the cost of any course from the DCA.
Applications are available from any 24 Karat Club SEUS member or by emailing David Peters at dave_peters@sbcglobal.net.
Scholarship winners will be notified no later than Aug. 1.
