New Hyde Park, N.Y--Overnight Mountings announced that it purchased all assets of Satco Casting at auction Oct. 11.
According to Overnight President Jeff Adwar, "the purchase will expand Overnight's manufacturing capacity by 30 percent, which will allow (the company) to continue manufacturing all of their gold and diamond products in the United States, while meeting (its) growing demand.”
Overnight aims to rebuild the Satco brand, aiding with financing and new systems. They will continue to service all of the Satco’s existing customers.
The Overnight team will handle many of the corporate, sales and customer relations services while the Satco staff will continue to manage casting and manufacturing.
Also included in the deal was the Plaza Bracelet Company, a wholesaler of tennis bracelets.
