Feb. 6 to 13 was Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and diamond brand Hearts on Fire helped to get it started as one of the sponsors of the Go Red for Women/The Heart Truth Dress Collection runway show, held at Lincoln Center.
Participants in the show--which this year included actress Anna Sophia Robb, skier Lindsey Vonn and rock icon Joan Jett--donned red dresses created by famous designers and Hearts on Fire jewelry with the aim of raising awareness about the No. 1 killer of women in America: heart disease.
Meanwhile, luxury jeweler Chopard was honored for its sustainability efforts at the small party in New York while Zenith, a watch brand owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, feted this year’s Oscar nominees at a party in Los Angeles.
