Sterling silver jewelry is an affordable and meaningful way for consumers to celebrate graduation, and retailers shouldn’t miss out on the opportunity to help them do so as members of the Class of 2014 don their mortarboards this spring.

In this slideshow, National Jeweler has highlighted 17 silver pieces that range in price from $125 to $1,200, although most jewelry shown falls between $200 and $400.

While some pieces are clearly celebratory, featuring college mascots and inspiring words, others are simple and classic, and both can be worn long after the last piece of graduation cake has been consumed.
