In Italy, Mattioli goes wild
There’s no lack of animal-inspired pieces to see at Vicenzaoro, but no brand did it quite like Mattioli, which deconstructed common beasts to create unique pieces.
This two-finger cat ring from Mattioli’s Bagheera collection is available in rose gold with peridot eyes or black gold with ruby eyes.
Vicenza, Italy--There is no lack of animal-inspired pieces to see at Vicenzaoro, from penguins to cats to bats.
But no brand did it quite like Mattioli, which deconstructed some of the most common beasts to create interesting, unique pieces that are on-trend.
There is a two finger ring that, when one looks closely, is actually a cat’s eyes and nose, and a necklace that has the animal’s head as the main pendant and its paws on two separate chains.
Mattioli also continues to emphasize interchangeability among its jewelry.
The Paws & Tails collection consists of cabochon gemstone necklaces with a wraparound tiger, elephant or crocodile-inspired piece in rose gold that can be removed and worn as a ring.
And the brand’s well-known Puzzle collection now comes with a new color wheel for retailers to display alongside the product.
