The jewelry brand known for its elaborate and avant-garde diamond pieces is lending its bold touch to watches.

Basel, Switzerland--Yeprem, the jewelry brand known for its elaborate and avant-garde diamond and 18-karat gold pieces, is lending its bold touch to watches.
The Lebanon-based, family-owned company debuted its women’s Y-Memento watch collection at Baselworld 2017.
Second-generation designer Loutfic Chakardemian explained that the expansion into the watch sector is “introducing our perspective in change: a change in time, a change in fashion and a change in classic (design).”
Y-Memento incorporates watches into its innovative bracelet and hand-piece designs, which are known for their comfort and particularly loved by performers like Madonna and Rihanna.
The first collection of Y-Memento watches is called “Majestic White” and features self-winding and “artistically devised” watch movements accented with white marquise and round diamonds, all set in 18-karat white gold.
The range will start at $20,000 retail and top off at $100,000.
