Antwerp, Belgium--The next Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair is scheduled for Feb. 1 to 3, with the trading floors of the city's diamond bourses converted into exhibition spaces for the event.
The fair will feature about 90 of Antwerp’s leading diamond manufacturing and trading firms, which will offer a variety of polished diamonds.
This is the sixth edition of the show, which is a joint initiative of the Antwerp Diamond Bourse, the Diamond Club of Antwerp and the Antwerp Diamond Kring exchanges.
Trade fair organizers said it selected Feb. 1 to 3 as the dates in order to align with the other jewelry industry events in the region.
Invited first-time buyers will be offered three free nights' stay at the fair’s venue hotel, and all approved buyers will receive daily invitations to lunches, dinners and social events.
“My colleagues and I continue to meet members of the jewelry trade who may have done business with Antwerp-based diamond firms, but have not yet visited Antwerp itself, and therefore have not had a chance to truly experience the powerhouse that our diamond center constitutes,” said Ari Epstein, CEO of the Antwerp World Diamond Centre.
