Ross-Simons Parent Co. Adds New IT Position
Tejaswi Rampure is Luxury Brand Holdings’ first vice president, chief information officer.

Cranston, R.I.--A month after announcing the addition of a new buyer, Luxury Brand Holdings has hired a vice president and chief information officer, a new position for the company.
Filling the role is Tejaswi Rampure, who comes to LBH from Newton, Massachusetts-based shoe manufacturer The Rockport Company, where he had worked as the director of IT since 2015.
Prior to that, he was the manager of business systems at Entegris, a provider of materials in high-tech manufacturing. He also was the volunteer website manager of the Mass Bay chapter of the Project Management Institute and currently is on the IBM Cloud Advisory Board to Influence Innovation.
Rampure has an MBA from Curry College, is a certified Project Management Professional and is certified in Applied Project Management from Boston University. He lives in Walpole, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tej to the LBH family. In the increasingly complex world of multichannel retailing, it is imperative to build a flexible and scalable architecture to support our customers,” President Jim Speltz said.
The hiring of Rampure comes a month after the retailer announced the addition of veteran buyer Michael Schreier to its team.
Cranston, Rhode Island-headquartered Luxury Brand Holdings was formed in 2011 when Ross-Simons introduced the more upscale Sidney Thomas jewelry store chain. The company has 275 employees and operates two websites, Ross-Simons.com and SidneyThomas.com.
Luxury Brand Holdings ranks No. 13 on National Jeweler’s list of $100 Million Supersellers in the 2017 State of the Majors report and No. 54 on the list of top North American specialty jewelers by store count.
