Frederick Goldman Buys Assets of Costa Rican Company
The manufacturer has acquired the equipment and technology of Joyeros Costarricenses, which is says will allow it to create more products and offer a more diverse assortment to customers.
New York--Frederick Goldman announced that it has purchased select assets from Costa Rica-based bridal jewelry company Joyeros Costarricenses.
Frederick Goldman said that the acquisition of the company’s manufacturing equipment and technology will allow it to expand its capabilities, giving it the ability to manufacture more products and offer a more diverse assortment to customers.
Joyeros Costarricenses, which has manufactured and distributed bridal jewelry in North America for more than 25 years, will relocate its operations to Frederick Goldman’s facilities in New York City and Merida, Mexico.
Meanwhile, Frederick Goldman, which purchased the Scott Kay brand last year, said that it would continue to seek similar opportunities to increase market share and expand into new product categories.
