Gordon Company to Exhibit at Couture
The company won’t have a booth at the show but it will have representatives in the lounge area of the Lafitte Ballroom.

New York--The Gordon Company announced Tuesday that it will be exhibiting at the upcoming Couture show in Las Vegas.
Based in Pompano Beach, Florida, The Gordon Company orchestrates sales events for jewelers who are retiring, moving or want to move outdated inventory.
In a news release announcing the company’s presence at Couture, CEO Jeff Gordon said the demographics of the retailers attending Couture matches the target audience his company has served for years, noting that The Gordon Company has organized sales events for more than a dozen jewelers who are Couture Cornerstone retailers.
This is not the first time Couture has had a service provider, meaning a non-jewelry brand/designer, exhibit. The show partners with the Kingswood Company, the Columbus, Ohio-headquartered maker of jewelry care and cleaning products, for the “Sparkle + Shine” lounge.
But, show organizers said, The Gordon Company is the first company of its kind at Couture.
In keeping with the show’s low-key, not-overtly-promotional style, the company will not have a booth. Instead, its representatives will be stationed in the lounge area of the Lafitte Ballroom, and will be identifiable by their lapel pins.
The addition of The Gordon Company is yet another signal that the Couture show is looking to continue to innovate this year.
Last year, online retailer Moda Operandi sold new pieces from select designers and brands live from the show.
This March, show organizers announced that they are letting a large group of consumers into the show for the first time. In partnership with Couture, members of watch enthusiast organization RedBar are holding their first nationwide meetup in Las Vegas and will be attending CoutureTime.
The Couture show is scheduled to take place May 31 through June 4 at the Wynn Las Vegas. The dates for CoutureTime are May 31 to June 3.
