New York--U.S. Antique Shows, organizers of the trade-only antique jewelry show held in Las Vegas every year, is launching a new show aimed at the high-end market.
Called Lueur, it is scheduled for Oct. 15-18, 2015 at The Waterfront in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The first day, Thursday, Oct. 15, will be open to trade only and show hours will be 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Friday, Oct. 16, it will be trade-only from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. After that, the show will open to the general buying public.
According to organizer U.S. Antique Shows, Lueur was created to bring elite purveyors of highly prized and rare pieces together with both retailers and consumers just before the holiday season. Popular styles and pre-eminent brands dating from the Edwardian to Contemporary periods will be on display.
“With Lueur, our goal is to bring together elite dealers and the buyers of the most coveted antique jewelry and watches in a luxurious buying setting at one of Manhattan’s most unique and historic venues,” said Dan Darby, Emerald Expositions vice president and U.S. Antique Shows general manager.
More information about the show is available at LueurNY.com.
In addition to the Las Vegas show and now Lueur, U.S. Antique Shows also has antique and estate jewelry and watch shows in Los Angeles, Miami and Miami Beach, and New York.
U.S. Antique Shows is a division of Emerald Expositions, North America’s largest owner and operator of business-to-business and consumer trade shows. Emerald Expositions also owns National Jeweler along with the Couture and JA New York shows.
