Jewelry executive Terri Eagle joins Michael Aram
She has held executive positions at John Hardy USA, Stephen Webster/Garrard and David Yurman, and now will head the homewares company, which recently branched out into fine jewelry.
New York--Terri Eagle, who headed John Hardy in the U.S. for about three years and also held executive positions at Stephen Webster/Garrard and David Yurman, is now the president and CEO of Michael Aram Inc.
Started by Michael Aram, the New York-based company is best known for its metal gift and tabletop décor, though it also creates furniture, lighting and, now, fine jewelry.
Aram launched his fine jewelry line in late 2014. The pieces are sterling silver and karat gold with colored gemstones and diamonds and start at $250 retail. The jewelry is sold at the brand’s flagship store in New York, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus, which also carry his home décor, and at independent Louis Anthony Jewelers in Pittsburgh.
Eagle joins Michael Aram Inc. from family-owned, fifth-generation interior design business F. Schumacher & Co., where she spent the last four years as president and CEO.
Prior to her time at F. Schumacher, Eagle spent a year as president and CEO of the common corporate parent company of Garrard Holdings Ltd. and Stephen Webster Ltd.
She was president and CEO of John Hardy USA from 2005 to 2008; the chief operating officer at David Yurman from 1998 to 2005; and the vice president of sales at Montblanc from 1992 to 1998.
At Michael Aram, Eagle will be responsible for brand strategy, business development and all aspects of the retail and wholesale businesses.
Also joining the Michael Aram team is Victor Boccarossa, who will be the brand’s director of marketing and public relations.
