Watch: Top Tips for Social Media Etiquette

Social media experts spoke about protecting brand reputation through behaving mindfully online.

Practicing good etiquette online can help build trust and make every interaction meaningful.

On the latest episode of “My Next Question,” National Jeweler’s Lauren McLemore and Jewelers of America’s Lauren DuBritz were joined by Joseph Denaburg, marketing director and digital strategist at Levy's Fine Jewelry; Shea Curry, CEO and founder of Catch Social; and Kate Gasperini, social media specialist at Emily Chelsea Jewelry, for a discussion about maintaining a thoughtful digital presence.
