Last week, leaders from Jewelers of America and National Jeweler gathered to discuss the current state of the jewelry industry.
JA President and CEO David Bonaparte led the webinar, joined by incoming Diamond Council of America President and CEO Annie Doresca, JA Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs Amanda Gizzi, MJSA Chief Communications Officer and Publisher Rich Youmans, and National Jeweler Editor-in-Chief Michelle Graff.
During the hour-long session, they discussed the gold price, tariffs, jewelry trends past and present, and how independent jewelers have fared in the midst of the current economic and geopolitical turmoil.
