Pokémon Fans Will Want to Catch This New G-Shock Watch
The new watch commemorates Pokémon’s 30th anniversary.

The GA110PKM is based on the GA110, a model known for its bold, oversized case and its three-dimensional face design.
The shock-resistant watch has an analog and digital display, a 12/24-hour time format, 200-meter water resistance, and a 1/1000th second stopwatch. It also has five daily alarms, a countdown timer, and an LED light.
The watch’s design details are inspired by the world of Pokémon.
The watch hands, buttons, dial, and bezel are red, green, and blue, which are the colors of the original Pokémon video games, first released in 1996.
The inset dial at 9 o'clock is a nod to a Poké Ball, used by Pokémon Trainers to catch the beloved creatures. The watch hand on this dial is designed in a Pikachu motif, arguably the most famous of all the Pokémon.
The band features 30 Pokémon as a tribute to the brand's 30-year celebration, including Pikachu, Eevee, and Mew, as well as Charmander and Squirtle.
The caseback is engraved with a special Pokémon logo to honor the 30-year milestone.
The watch’s packaging also got the Pokémon treatment, with the case shaped like a Poké Ball and an outer box that features the 30 Pokémon on the band.
“This is a special timepiece celebrating 30 years of Pokémon—a great companion for all Pokémon Trainers, who continue to adventure and explore wherever they are,” said the company.
The GA110PKM retails for $270 at the G-Shock SoHo store in New York City, select jewelers, and on the G-Shock website.
