Greenwich St. Jewelers, Jewel Boxing’s Latest Drop Is On-Trend

The fourth collaborative collection from the retailer and jewelry content creator focuses on gemstone charms and strands of colorful beads.

The new Greenwich St. Jewelers x Jewel Boxing capsule collection offers colored gemstone charms that are sold individually, with a gold chain, or with a strand of gemstone beads. Seen here are (from left to right) the “Hyacinth” charm on a hackmanite graduated bead strand, a peach opal bead strand, and the “Hydrangea” charm on a strand of aquamarine beads.
New York—Greenwich St. Jewelers has partnered with jewelry content creator Xarissa B. of Jewel Boxing for its fourth collaboration of gemstone-focused jewels.

This capsule collection, which launches today, marks a new chapter in their collaboration as the offered styles have transitioned from necklaces to on-trend gemstone charms that allow for greater personalization.

The 11 charms are each named after a flower and were designed to be collected, layered, and styled by the wearer, Greenwich St. Jewelers said. They can be worn on chains, gemstone strands, bracelets, or a necklace the customer already owns.

“We wanted to make this drop feel fresh while maintaining our focus on color and wearable, stackable pieces,” Xarissa said. “The charm version is a great evolution of our original concept, and it’s something so many customers asked for.”

Greenwich St. Jewelers’ in-house bench jewelers made the 14-karat yellow gold charms in the retailer’s New York City workshop.

Xarissa and Greenwich St. Jewelers co-owners Jennifer Gandia and Christina Gambale hand-selected the gemstones at the Tucson Gem Show.

Because of this, some styles are one-of-a-kind, with quantities limited across the capsule collection.

Pictured left to right on this omega chain ($3,100) are the “Snapdragon” charm with a 2.44-carat rubellite ($5,500), “Quince” charm with a 1.80-carat imperial topaz ($7,900), “Peony” charm with a 2-carat pink morganite ($3,200), “Zinnia” charm with a 2-carat citrine ($2,900), and “Dahlia” charm with a 3-carat red garnet ($2,100).

“There are so many good gemstones in this drop,” Xarissa said. “Some returning favorites like the rhodolite garnets, and a few we’ve never had before, like a blue spinel and a peachy imperial topaz.”

Also in the capsule collection are colorful, hand-knotted gemstone bead strands—another trending style this year—that are sold with charm holders.

There are also two 14-karat gold chains, one omega and one link style, that are designed to complement the charms and pair seamlessly with bead offerings, Greenwich St. Jewelers said.

“Adding chains and beads with charm holders to this collection was important to us. It’s a category we believe in,” Gambale said.

“One that lets people embrace color and joy in their layers, while opening up new ways to transform a look with these new charms, or with jewelry they already own that holds meaning.”

At right are the “Snapdragon” and “Amaranth” charms each on a 14-karat yellow gold link chain ($2,500).

The release of this collection follows the success of the retailer’s first collaboration with Jewel Boxing, which sold out in less than an hour, and the following drop of dessert-named gemstone necklaces.

This charm, bead, and chain drop continues the pair’s shared vision: bold, considered design that responds to what customers are asking for.

“Each drop builds on the story we’re telling with our community,” Gandia said. “This collection takes that story somewhere new. Charms give collectors a different kind of freedom.”

Greenwich St. Jewelers and Jewel Boxing’s latest collection retails from $2,100 to $12,200.

It is available on the Greenwich St. Jewelers website starting today at 12 p.m. EDT.
