Zillion Announces 'Women in STEM' Scholarship Recipient
Meredith Tiderington, an electrical engineering student, was selected for the award.

The award covers a portion of tuition costs for a female student majoring in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) discipline at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Tiderington is an electrical engineering student at Purdue University in Indiana.
Zillion said she thrives on the challenge of breaking down complex issues into manageable parts, experimenting with solutions, and refining until she reaches her desired outcome.
Her test-and-learn approach made her a standout among an impressive group of applicants, said the insurance company.
“Zillion has always embraced a test-and-learn strategy to improve the customer experience and redefine insurance norms,” said Adam Black, managing director at Zillion.
“Ms. Tiderington has demonstrated a keen ability to take on problems and work through them with curiosity and logic. We’re excited to support her as she advances her career within a STEM discipline.”
Zillion said its innovation is directly attributed to a talented and diverse team that includes women in engineering and leadership roles.
The company created the academic scholarship in 2021 to aid and empower women to enter STEM fields.
