Watch: Prepare to Shine This Holiday Season
Three members of JA's 2024 "20 Under 40" class join Amanda Gizzi and Lauren McLemore to share their tips for seasonal retail success.
While the holidays may feel far away now, jewelry retailers are already thinking about how to prepare for the season, and for some, the planning had already begun by the start of Las Vegas jewelry market week this past summer.
In the latest episode of “My Next Question,” a co-branded webinar series hosted by National Jeweler and Jewelers of America (JA), a few retailers shared how they are preparing for a successful holiday season.
On Sept. 24, JA’s Amanda Gizzi and National Jeweler’s Lauren McLemore hosted three members of JA’s 2024 ‘20 Under 40’ class—Sara Reisz Sargent, co-owner at Summerwind Jewelers & Goldsmiths; Jesse Dikes, store manager at Weston Jewelers Hard Rock; and Amina Sorel, CEO and founder of Amina Sorel Fine Jewelry.
The retailers discussed curating the shopping experience, their favorite seasonal promotions and events, and how they’re using social media to engage their customers ahead of the holidays.
