Katy Chen Appointed Executive Vice President of Graff USA
Chen, who worked at Cartier and Tiffany & Co., will lead retail sales and operations for the luxury jeweler’s 11 U.S. stores.

Katy Chen joined Graff USA on Aug. 31 and reports directly to Graff USA President and CEO Marc Hruschka.
Chen came to Graff USA after spending one year as senior vice president of client engagement at Christian Dior Couture, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Prior to that, she spent two years as head of client engagement in North America for Cartier and worked at Tiffany & Co. for 12 years, where she rose to become senior director for global client relations for high jewelry.
She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Graff USA said Chen has a “proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth” and will play a pivotal role in strengthening its retail presence and elevating its client experience in the U.S.
“With an expanding network of boutiques and salons in some of the nation’s most influential luxury markets, her leadership will help build on Graff’s momentum while reinforcing the distinctive standards, culture, and client relationships that define the brand,” the company said.
Headquartered in London, Graff was founded by Laurence Graff, who got his start as a jeweler’s apprentice in London’s Hatton Garden at age 15 and rose to become the “King of Diamonds.”
The company has more than 60 stores worldwide.
In the U.S., it has three stores in New York (two in New York City and one on Long Island), three in California (San Francisco, Beverly Hills, and Costa Mesa), two in Florida (Palm Beach and Bal Harbour), and one in Chicago, Houston, and Las Vegas.
