IGI Announces New President of North America
Tiffany & Co. veteran Jeffrey Bennett has stepped into the role.

In this role, he will focus on initiatives such as maintaining the lab’s quality and reliability standards, and accelerating the development of new solutions and technologies.
In a LinkedIn post by the lab, IGI said Bennett is a “transformational and highly driven leader” who specializes in strategic growth, retail strategy, and optimizing client experience for ultra-high-net-worth [consumers].
Bennett previously spent more than 20 years with Tiffany & Co., according to his LinkedIn.
While there, he led the brand’s flagship store—which reopened in 2023 as “The Landmark”—and the New York City market.
He also served as vice president of business development and strategic partnerships, where he secured major global agreements with organizations like the NFL, NBA, and Formula One.
Bennett will report to IGI Global CEO Tehmasp Printer.
“Jeffrey is a proven and highly respected leader with deep experience of the flagship store and New York City market,” said Printer in the lab’s email announcement.
“He joins us with a track record of operational excellence and a strong client-first philosophy.”
Bennett succeeds Tiffany Stevens, the lab’s former chief business officer and head of sustainability for North America who resigned earlier this year.
