JVC Announces New Executive
Cathrine Wolden is the company’s new vice president of partnership and sponsorship.
Wolden brings 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the jewelry and fashion industries to her new role at JVC.
New York— Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) has announced Cathrine Wolden as its new vice president of partnership and sponsorship.
In her new role, Wolden will forge strategic alliances with industry stakeholders, collaborate with the trade, and secure sponsorships that support JVC’s mission and initiatives, including legal compliance education, dispute resolution, advocacy, and industry support, JVC said.
“JVC continues to be highly in demand in an ever intensifying legal and regulatory time for our industry. We are thrilled to have Cathrine join our team with her depth of experience to lead revenue efforts at this critical moment for the growth of JVC,” said JVC CEO & General Counsel Tiffany Stevens.
“We look forward to organizational growth and further enriching our long history of helping our industry and members thrive in their businesses via ethical practices that strengthen the US consumer’s confidence in jewelry. Cathrine brings a strategic mind and fresh ideas to how we can both deepen and broaden our partnerships throughout the industry.”
Wolden was previously the key account director and international sales leader for Reed Exhibitions, now known as Rx Global.
She earned her B.S. in business marketing from Virginia Tech and has since gained 20 years of experience working in business development, sales, and marketing in both the jewelry and fashion industries, including the non-profit sector.

JVC said Wolden’s track record in exceeding sales targets and her strong team building skills make her an ideal fit to help fulfill the organization’s mission to promote integrity and compliance in the trade.
