Fink’s Jewelers to Open Two New Flagships
The new locations will open in Richmond, Virginia, and Raleigh, North Carolina.
A rendering of the new Fink’s Jewelers flagship in Richmond, Virginia. The family-owned jewelry chain is opening two new flagship stores, including the store in Richmond and another in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Roanoke, Va.—Fink’s Jewelers is continuing its expansion, opening two new flagship stores in the next 18 months.
The first will be in Richmond, Virginia at West Village, a new mixed-use development with retail stores and townhomes.
The flagship will replace the current store at the Short Pump Town Center open-air shopping area, about a mile away.
The second flagship will be in Raleigh, North Carolina. The jeweler's current location at the North Hills Shopping Center will undergo a renovation and expansion.
The expansion of Fink’s Jewelers coincides with the shopping center’s largest renovation since 2001, said the company, which will see it add a Restoration Hardware Gallery flagship store as well as other retailers and restaurants.
“These new flagship stores will allow us to better serve our loyal customers,” said Matthew Fink, president and fourth-generation owner.
The new locations will be the largest in the company’s chain of 10 stores, measuring more than 8,000 square feet each.
The showrooms are designed to feel light and airy, said Fink’s, with a modern jewel-box design, featuring custom gold and bronze accents and ornate decorative light fixtures.
Both locations will have a Rolex showroom and a David Yurman shop-in-shop, as well as other jewelry and watch brands.
Each store will have an engagement ring boutique, highlighting a selection of diamond engagement rings, loose stones, and wedding and anniversary bands.
As in its other locations, the stores will offer custom design services, jewelry repair, and watch repair.
“We understand shopping patterns have changed, however our commitment to providing an extraordinary experience for every customer has not,” said Fink’s.
The company’s 11th store is set to open in Franklin, Tennessee in August, marking the chain’s second store in the state.
