The fashion jewelry brand will take over the Alex and Ani space at The Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian.
Brosway Italia is set to open a new flagship store in Las Vegas this fall.
Las Vegas—Brosway Italia is opening a new flagship store in Las Vegas as it looks to capture the fashion jewelry market in the U.S.
The store will take over the current Alex and Ani space in The Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian. The retail space is operated by Brookfield Properties Retail Group.
“As a proud family business that has worked so hard for the last 20 years to bring our jewelry brand to the world, we agreed that there was no better billboard than to put our store in St. Mark’s square in the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas”, said Brosway Italia USA CEO Beatrice Beleggia.
The brand’s U.S. expansion plan was orchestrated by former Alex and Ani CEO Giovanni Feroce, who was instrumental in Alex and Ani’s launch and growth in the U.S.
The flagship store is located right beside a Pandora store, and with a reason.
“The visual alone is stunning,” said Feroce, “I wanted it to be very clear that there are only two big fashion jewelry players in the U.S. going forward, Brosway Italia and Pandora, which will now be positioned side by side for all to see.”
Replacing the Alex and Ani sign with that of Brosway Italia will be an emotional moment, said Feroce.
“I am extremely proud of my previous work, but I am here to tell you quite clearly, Brosway Italia will be bigger and longer lasting than any previous fashion jewelry company, because the attention to quality, style, design, and family commitment is extraordinary.”
He added that Founder and President Lanfranco Beleggia wants to be No. 1 in the world and backs up that goal with “corporate strength and focus.”
The company is part of Bros Manifatture Group, an Italian luxury goods manufacturer that also owns jewelry brands Rosato and Pianegonda.
Another draw of the location, said Brosway Italia, was the fact that JCK holds its annual trade show in Las Vegas at the Venetian.
The new store is slated to open in early fall, just ahead of the holiday season.
