Stuller’s Event for Bench Jewelers to Return in March
Registration is open for Bench Jewelers Workshop, slated to kick off March 31 in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Jewelers at work in a previous “Battle of the Benches” challenge. The battle will return to Lafayette, Louisiana next month as part of Stuller’s Bench Jewelers Workshop, scheduled for March 31 and April 1.
Lafayette, La.—Stuller’s event for bench jewelers will return this spring and registration is now open, the Lafayette, Louisiana-based jewelry manufacturer announced Monday.
The Bench Jewelers Workshop is slated for Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1, at Stuller headquarters in Lafayette.
The two-day event will feature a full slate of classes and demonstrations, including:
-- Diamond Testing and Screening;
-- Digital Technology Today;
-- Stuller.com: Web-Based Tools;
-- Fusion Welding, Laser Welding, and Laser-Engraving Demos; and
-- Roundtable Networking.
In addition, the “Battle of the Benches” will return, a real-time series of mini stone-setting, metalworking, and CAD challenges that test bench jewelers’ skills.
All Bench Jewelers Workshop attendees are invited to participate in the Battle of the Benches.
“This is the event for bench jewelers,” Chris Leonard, Stuller’s director of tools said. “It’s a place where jewelers from around the country can come together and learn from seasoned professionals about hot topics in our industry.”
