Pandora Will Relocate North American HQ to NYC from Baltimore
Shailesh Jhalani of Prompt Gem Importers Inc is the new board president of the Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association.
New York—The Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association has announced its 2023 board of directors and executive committee.
Per a unanimous decision at the IDCA’s Dec. 8 board meeting, Shailesh Jhalani of Prompt Gem Importers Inc. will serve as the new president.
In a statement, the organization thanked outgoing president Raveej Pandya for his “outstanding and passionate commitment and service to the association.”
Vinit Jobanputra of Sanghvi Diamonds LLC has been elected the 2023 vice president while Manoj Bhandari of RMC Gems Inc. is the new secretary.
Rutali Gandhi of Sagar Star Corp. will hold the treasurer role and Vibhor Saraf of Trillion Emerald Inc. will be the new joint secretary.
The new 2023 directors are: Navneet Chordia of Galaxy USA Inc.; Haridas Kotahwala of Royal India USA Inc.; Aniket Parikh of Terra Cor Diamonds; Kailash Rawat of Rawat Gems LLC; Akshat Sanghavi of Dynamic Design Group; Anshal Shah of Suraj Impex Inc.; and Jihan Vaghashiya of Star Rays NY Inc.
Continuing on as a director is Nimish Mehta of Atit Diamond Corp.
Sailesh Lakhi and Vipul Shah have retired from the board.
