IDCA Names ‘Retailer of the Year’
The recipient of this year’s award is led by a fifth-generation jeweler.

New York—The Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association’s “Retailer of the Year” award will go to Ben Bridge Jeweler.
Founded in 1912, the Seattle-based jewelry chain has expanded its footprint to more than 30 stores across nine states. The company became part of Berkshire Hathaway in 2000.
Five generations of Bridge family members have worked at the company, including CEO Lisa Bridge.
She is a Certified Gemologist from the American Gem Society where she also serves as president-elect of the board of directors. She is also on the board of Jewelers for Children and the advisory board of the Black in Jewelry Coalition.
Bridge also was part of Jewelers of America’s inaugural group of “20 Under 40” jewelry retail talents.
She will accept the award on behalf of the company at the 38th Annual IDCA Las Vegas Gala.
Each year, IDCA honors industry individuals and organizations that have “made meaningful contributions to the industry and social endeavors.”
The event will take place Saturday, June 11 from 6 pm to 9 pm in the Murano Ballroom at the Venetian during the JCK Las Vegas Show.
