Le Vian’s High Jewelry Delivers Colorful Glamour
Comprising 120 pieces, it’s the largest high jewelry collection from the brand yet.

New York—Le Vian has unveiled its largest high jewelry collection to date.
Comprising 120 pieces, the collection’s offerings are full of color.
Diamonds and sapphires in a spectrum of shades as well as emeralds, tanzanite, Paraiba and green tourmaline, blue zircon, aquaprase, and various opal varieties are mounted in ornate pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
White and brown diamonds accent each piece, set in different shades of 18-karat gold.
Signature to Le Vian, the gems and metals have trademarked names. White diamonds, for instance, are “Vanilla Diamonds.” Brown diamonds are “Chocolate Diamonds.”
Le Vian also has its own specialized criteria for grading color, utilizing specific shades to create its own visual lexicon.
“Sunny Yellow Diamonds” are a particular highlight in the collection.
The “Mikaela” bracelet (pictured in the slideshow below) boasts 18.15 carats of Sunny Yellow Diamonds set in platinum and 18-karat “Honey Gold,” with 3.41 carats of near colorless Vanilla Diamonds. It sells for $284,200.

The “Ava” earrings in platinum and 18-karat “Honey Gold” feature 18.63 carats of natural fancy light to “Sunny Yellow Diamonds,” as well as 1.43 carats of “Vanilla Diamonds” ($93,300)

The “Avery” ring in platinum and 18-karat “Strawberry Gold” with a 2.5- carat natural color fancy dark yellowish-brown cushion-cut center stone, “Chocolate Diamonds,” 0.53 carats of heart-shaped diamonds, and 0.63 carats of round brilliant-cut Vanilla Diamonds ($28,548)
The “Dorothy” platinum and 18-karat Honey Gold ring with cushion-cut, non-enhanced 7.93-carat Costa Smeralda emerald from Zambia, with 1.99 carats of near colorless Vanilla Diamonds ($295,050)
The “Isabelle” earrings in platinum and 18-karat Honey Gold and Strawberry Gold with 2.6 carats of square radiant-shaped natural fancy light Sunny Yellow Diamonds, 0.92 carats of near colorless Vanilla Diamonds, and 0.24 carats of natural fancy light “Strawberry Diamonds” ($41,900)

The newest gemstone variety to feature in the collection is what Le Vian refers to as “Peacock Aquaprase.” Aquaprase was the first gemstone discovery of the 21st century, Le Vian said in a press release announcing the collection.
Produced entirely in New York, the collection is available exclusively in the United States.
CEO Eddie LeVian said: “Le Vian is proud to have brought together New York’s top jewelry craftspeople to handcraft this stunning collection of high jewelry pieces, each one designed to be treasured forever. I am thrilled we are offering our widest selection ever of one-off jewels to American collectors.”
Le Vian created an interactive catalogue to shop the collection. Clients are able to click each digital catalogue entry to reserve the piece on the Le Vian website and find their nearest retailer.
