A ‘Rosebud’ Necklace for Valentine’s Day
Paul Morelli’s “Rosebud” necklace, our Piece of the Week, uses 18-karat rose, green, and white gold to turn the symbol of love into jewelry.

The “Rosebud” collection features our Piece of the Week, the “Rosebud” necklace that reimagines the rose motif to fit into a whimsical garden.
The necklace transforms the rose, one of nature’s most enduring symbols of love and beauty, into sculptural jewelry through 18-karat rose, green, and white gold that is accented by 3.39 carats of round brilliant diamonds.
“For the Rosebud collection, I kept going back to the imagery of ‘Alice in Wonderland’—specifically the charm and urgency of painting the roses red,” said Morelli.
“I wanted these pieces to feel less like jewelry and more like something found in a storybook garden.”
The Rosebud collection is comprised of eight pieces, including earrings, pendants, a bracelet, a charm, and a ring, along with the necklace.
The Rosebud necklace debuted on Feb. 1 and retails for $85,000.
It is available on the Paul Morelli website, in-store at the brand’s Madison Avenue flagship, and at select retailers.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
