Pat Henneberry has written a book about her life, titled “My Soul Showed Up: Finding Hope and Resilience Against All Odds.”
New York—Industry consultant Pat Henneberry has written a memoir about navigating her life after facing a major injury.
“My Soul Showed Up: Finding Hope and Resilience Against All Odds” follows the story of Henneberry, who is also a trainer and athlete, as she recovers from a broken back while in “the prime of her life.”
Henneberry discusses how she learned to find grace and gratitude while healing from chronic pain and PTSD.
It also addresses her struggles and the questions she asked herself along the way, such as why it was so hard to accept help.
The book is a motivating manual, written to show her determination to maintain her faith and sense of humor while building resilience, and how to keep showing up even when life keeps knocking us down, according to the description on Acorn Publishing’s website.
