Retail Trends With JA’s ’20 Under 40’
Three members of JA’s inaugural class of retail leaders discuss clienteling and staffing in the latest episode of “My Next Question.”
New York—Last year, Jewelers of America welcomed a group of young industry leaders, the jewelers named to the organization’s first “20 Under 40 Jewelry Retail” list.
Last week, three of those retailers joined JA and National Jeweler for the first co-branded and co-hosted episode of “My Next Question.”
Christian Bolling, Isabelle Corvin, and Jordan Dubin chatted with National Jeweler’s Michelle Graff and JA’s Lauren DuBritz about the 2022 holiday season, hiring staff, and keeping customers.
They also shared their thoughts on the metaverse and their outlook for the year ahead.
