There’s Still Time to Submit a Design to Diamonds Do Good
The nonprofit has extended its deadline for its “Project Bracelet” competition.

New York—Diamonds Do Good is extending the deadline for “Project Bracelet.”
The nonprofit organization that aims to create positive change in diamond mining communities announced the design competition last spring.
It’s asking designers to submit designs for a bracelet that will embody the organization’s values: growth, unity and equality.
Now, designers have until July 23 to submit their ideas.
The winning designer will receive $1,500 and a Diamonds Do Good scholarship awarded in their name.
The finished design will be sold on the Diamonds Do Good website to benefit the Flaviana Matata Foundation, which provides education to girls in Tanzania.
It will also possibly be stocked at Jared The Galleria of Jewelry and other retailers around the U.S.
Submission information is available online.
Three finalists will explain their design and how it represents the Diamonds Do Good ethos to a panel of judges.
They are:
