Designers are updating filigree patterns and geometric motifs in fresh ways.

Art Deco jewelry designs have been popular since their debut in in the mid- to late 1920s.
With Art Deco style now considered “timeless” rather than “trendy,” jewelry designers are taking inspiration from the classic style and giving it their own modern twist, updating intricate filigree patterns and geometric motifs in fresh ways.
Today’s pieces can be found in both platinum and white gold (both metals are prominent in jewelry from the Art Deco period) and in yellow and rose gold as well.
