To celebrate her jewelry brand’s 40th anniversary, Penny Preville has launched the Celestial collection featuring starbursts and crescent moons set in 18-karat gold.
New York--Forty years in business deserves a celebration. For designer Penny Preville that comes in the form of the new “Celestial” collection, originally unveiled at the 2015 Couture show in Las Vegas.
The first collection that Preville created was inspired by the moon and stars as well, so this anniversary line is a tribute to that.
The designer said that she always has looked to other cultures and ancient civilizations for inspiration, and much of what they were, and still are, driven by is found in nature, from the moon to the stars to the sky to the water.
This current collection also represents “the endless possibilities in the world,” she said.
Celestial starts at $1,600 retail and will be available in stores across the country beginning in September.
