Live from Tucson: Frederic Duclos
Frederic Duclos is showcasing an expanded colored gemstone collection in Tucson, matching the stones with its signature sterling silver, in addition to offering a new mixed- metal look featuring yellow gold and ruthenium finishes.
Frederic Duclos’ “Galaxy” earrings feature blue topaz and a sterling silver textured rope wrapped around 18-karat gold-plated discs ($195).
Tucson, Ariz.--Over the past few months Frederic Duclos has been expanding its line with more colored gemstone pieces, which the brand is showcasing now at the American Gem Trade Association’s GemFair.
Frederic Duclos is adding colored stones to mix with its signature sterling silver look to keep the jewelry at an approachable price point, according to company President Karen Duclos. In addition to offering more pieces with drusy, Frederic Duclos uses tourmalinated quartz, topaz and amethyst.
The brand has also created pieces with a new combination of mixed metals, including combining its traditional sterling silver look with yellow gold and ruthenium finishes.
