Stuller Acquires Laser Welder and Engraving Company
Rhode Island-based B&D Sales sells lasers, engravers and cutters to the jewelry industry and services them for customers.
B&D Sales sells the Orotig RR-Writer engraver, seen here, which is good for the marking of texts, logos, designs and graphic patterns, the company said.
Lafayette, La.--Stuller announced Monday it has acquired laser welder and engraver B&D Sales.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1984, B&D Sales sells lasers, engravers and cutters for the jewelry industry and services them for customers.
Through the purchase of the Cranston, Rhode Island-based company, both Stuller and B&D sales will be able to offer their customers an expanded range of products, Stuller said.
B&D Sales will remain in Rhode Island, and all four of its employees will stay on, Stuller confirmed.
“Like Stuller, B&D Sales puts a huge focus on their customers’ success with its business model,” Stuller President Danny Clark said. “Partnering with the B&D team will allow us to expand our product line, broaden our equipment services and meet our customers’ evolving needs.”
