Borsheims Welcomes New Assistant Facilities Manager
Xavier Dibbrell brings more than a decade of experience to the role.

In the role, Dibbrell will oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities related to cleaning, maintenance, and supply management across both the jeweler’s retail store and corporate office spaces.
Borsheims said his leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the company’s facilities remain safe, efficient, and welcoming for both customers and employees.
Dibbrell brings to the role more than a decade of hands-on experience in building systems, maintenance planning, and project management.
His understanding of facility operations and his proactive approach to problem-solving make him a valuable asset to Borsheims, the jeweler said.
Dibbrell holds an associate degree in electrical technology from Wallace Community College in Dothan, Alabama, and another associate degree in electrical mechanical maintenance from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, Nebraska.
His strong technical foundation has equipped him with the skills needed to manage complex systems and support continuous improvement initiatives across Borsheims’ facilities, the company said.
Dibbrell is the proud father of four and grandfather of one.
