Stanley Zale Joins Hill & Co. as Principal Consultant
Zale has more than 40 years’ experience in the diamond industry, including 17 years as Stuller’s VP of diamonds and gemstones procurement.
Stanley Zale is now a principal consultant for Hill & Co.
New York—Industry veteran Stanley Zale has joined Hill & Co., the jewelry-specific management consultant firm founded and headed by Elle Hill, as principal consultant, the company announced Thursday.
Zale, the grandson of one of the founders of Zales Jewelers, has more than 40 years of experience in the diamond industry.
He started his career as a diamond cutter, working for nearly a decade for diamantaire Louis Glick before moving on to become vice president at Graff USA.
For the past 17 years, he worked as vice president of diamond and gemstones procurement at Stuller in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Zale serves on the boards of the Jewelers’ Security Alliance and the Diamond Manufacturers and Importers Association.
He also is a member of the 24 Karat Club of the City of New York and the 24 Karat Club Southeastern United States, and recently completed a six-year term on the executive board of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee.
Hill & Co. said in addition to his knowledge of the industry, Zale brings dedication and an “unwavering commitment” to helping companies drive long-term growth and foster sustainability.

Hill & Co. specializes in creating and executing growth strategies specifically for companies in the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry industry.
Its team of specialists has between 15 to 35 years’ experience in the areas of strategy, operations, digital transformation, technology, merchandising, procurement, retail, finance, and marketing.
Elle Hill said she is “proud and happy” to add Zale to her team.
“Last year saw a marked increase in the number of diamond businesses joining the Hill & Co. client list.
