Brilliant Earth’s ‘Mosaics’ Collection Gets Fancy
The new styles mix and match fancy diamond shapes.
Brilliant Earth’s new “Mosaics” collection features mixed fancy diamond shapes, like in this “Côte” asymmetrical diamond engagement ring in 18-karat yellow gold ($1,590 for the setting only).
San Francisco—Brilliant Earth’s new “Mosaics” collection mixes and matches fancy diamond shapes for both fashion and bridal jewelry.
The 18-piece collection, new for spring, features natural and lab-grown diamonds.
It includes engagement rings, wrap rings, an eternity band, drop earrings, hoops, and a tennis bracelet.
Classic styles, like a solitaire engagement ring, are reimagined with asymmetrical settings, while trendier styles, like toi et moi rings and tennis bracelets, also get the mix-and-match stone cut treatment.
Brilliant Earth described the collection as “bold motifs mixed with classic design to deliver a new perspective.”
Each piece blends both brilliant cut diamonds and step cut diamonds to showcase the differences.
Prices range from $990 for an 18-karat gold wrap ring with lab-grown diamonds to $4,990 for a platinum and natural diamond setting.
Most styles are available in 18-karat white or yellow gold, 14-karat rose gold, or platinum.

These 18-karat white gold hoops are set with alternating emerald-cut and baguette lab-grown diamonds ($2,490).
Brilliant Earth is best known for its bridal offerings but has been expanding its fashion fine jewelry selection.
The company has branched out into cocktail rings and men’s jewelry and has collaborated with popular designers for new collections, including Tacori and Jade Trau.
In its full-year results, the company said it continued to see strong growth in non-bridal fine jewelry and plans to continue to invest in the category.
“We know our fine jewelry is attracting new customers to our brand,” said CEO Beth Gerstein on the earnings call, noting that one-third of its new customers bought non-bridal fine jewelry.
