Hearts On Fire Announces Head of Product Management Hire
Barbara Ng previously worked for parent company Chow Tai Fook.
Barbara Ng joins Hearts On Fire’s executive team from parent company Chow Tai Fook.
New York—Hearts On Fire has created a new role in the organization.
Barbara Ng has been appointed head of product management, the company announced this week. She will report to the brand’s global president, Rita Maltez.
The role will see Ng lead Hearts On Fire’s end-to-end supply chain.
Previously, Ng was president of the total jewelry solutions department at Hearts On Fire’s parent company, Chow Tai Fook.
She worked in supply chain and manufacturing operations for a range of multinational companies based in Hong Kong prior to joining Chow Tai Fook.
This role will keep Ng in Hong Kong as she oversees the product management department.
The newly created position’s duties include overseeing product planning and development, demand planning, fulfillment, and distribution and logistics.
Under her direction, the department will work with regional teams to deliver product to the wholesale and omnichannel retail networks.
“I would like to congratulate Barbara and welcome her to the executive leadership team,” Maltez said.
“With her extensive experience I’m confident she will elevate our global supply chain to be ever more connected and agile so we can best meet customer needs.”
Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group purchased Hearts On Fire and Memoire in 2014.
Earlier this year, Rebecca Foerster became president, North America of Hearts On Fire, as Caryl Capeci stepped down from her position as CEO of Chow Tai Fook North America.
The company also recently announced several sales team additions.
