Michael Goldhagen, Longtime Jewelry Salesman, Dies at 72
Over his 35-year career, Goldhagen represented some of the largest manufacturers in the industry.
Cincinnati—Michael S. Goldhagen, a longtime jewelry salesman known for his outstanding personality and sense of humor, died Aug. 5.
He was 72.
Born July 1, 1947, Goldhagen’s career in the jewelry industry spanned more than 35 years, his friend Sylvan Epstein said.
He represented several of the finest jewelry manufacturers, including Asch Grossbardt, Kabana and Golden West Manufacturing Jewelers.
“He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of working with him.”
Outside of work, Goldhagen was devoted to his family—his wife, Nancy; his two daughters, Shari and Jacqui; and his grandchildren, Victoria and Leo.
He also was an animal lover, and was happiest when surrounded by his family and his dogs.
Goldhagen is survived by his wife, Nancy Victor Goldhagen; daughters Shari Goldhagen (Bob Wall) and Jacqui Holland (Ramon Govea); his sister, Patti (Bill) Walters; his grandchildren, Victoria Wall and Leo Govea; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one sibling, Robin Love.
