Ashley Davis worked as an accessories assistant at Women’s Wear Daily and has written about fine jewelry for a number of publications.
New York--Ashley Davis has joined the National Jeweler team as its new associate editor covering emerging designers, new collections and trends in the fine jewelry market.
A native of Portland, Ore. and a graduate of the New School’s Riggio Honors Program, Davis comes to the publication after two years as an accessories assistant at Women’s Wear Daily.
She also has written about fine jewelry for xoJane, The Huffington Post, jewelry blog The Stone Set and e-commerce site Stone & Strand.

Davis joins Editor-in-Chief Michelle Graff, who has been with the publication since 2007, and Senior Editor Brecken Branstrator on the National Jeweler team.
Branstrator started with the publication in October 2013 as the associate editor. She since has developed a specialty in colored gemstones and been promoted to senior editor.
