Pandora Hires Former Signet Board Member to Lead North American Market
André Branch has more than 25 years of experience with various brands, most recently serving as CEO of Ariana Grande’s cosmetics company.

André Branch comes to Pandora from r.e.m. Beauty, the cosmetics company founded and owned by singer Ariana Grande. He served as the company’s CEO for a little over a year.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles in North America and Europe for Estée Lauder, L’Oréal, Kraft Heinz, and British spirits company Diageo, whose brand portfolio includes Guinness, Captain Morgan, and Baileys.
Branch also spent five and a half years on the board of Signet Jewelers before resigning on July 2.
His title will be president of North America, and his official start date is Aug. 15.
“I am excited to take on this role and build on Pandora’s strong position in North America,” Branch said.
“The region holds significant opportunities, and I look forward to working with the team to further strengthen execution, deepen customer relevance and drive sustainable growth.”
As head of Pandora’s largest market, the company said Branch will focus on increasing the brand’s appeal and relevance among consumers and taking advantage of growth opportunities.
“André is a highly accomplished commercial leader with a strong track record of driving growth across global consumer businesses,” Pandora Chief Commercial Officer Massimo Basei said.
“His ability to combine strategic clarity with disciplined execution makes him exactly the right person to lead our North America business and drive the next phase of growth in the region.”
Pandora has been without a North American leader since February, when Rodembusch left to join Samsonite International as president of luxury luggage brand Tumi.
His departure was part of an executive reshuffle that took place as Pandora’s new CEO, Berta de Pablos-Barbier, came on board.
