Piece of the Week: Kendra Pariseault’s ‘Love One Another’ Ring
The sweet-as-candy ring proves hearts are always in style.
Designers have embraced hearts with renewed vigor in recent years, interpreting them in various materials and in different design iterations.
New York City-based Kendra Pariseault is one of them.
While some jewelry makers try to amp up a heart motif’s elegance, Pariseault leans into the saccharine kitsch of the shape, channeling the energy of doodles-in-a-notebook-style, Valentine’s Day-esqe, ultra-girly love.
She does this courtesy of a playful color palette one would love age 5 or 50.
Her “Love One Another” ring, National Jeweler’s “Piece of the Week” this week, features a 4.65-carat heart-shaped blue zircon. It’s set in 14-karat gold covered in 1.25 carats of pink sapphire pavé, the gem Pariseault claims as her favorite.
The cavity-inducing style sells for $4,500. Inquiries may be directed to the designer’s website.
