Stuller’s B&D Opens New Headquarters
B&D Sales and Service held a ribbon-cutting event for its new location in Cranston, Rhode Island.
The company, which offers jewelry equipment, service, support, and repairs, opened the location on April 7 for customers to shop for new, used, and refurbished tools and equipment.
During the event, there were also demonstrations of the bench tools, equipment, and Gemvision software that B&D provides.
“This event was such a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our industry-leading equipment assortment for jewelry manufacturing, repair, and customization,” said Jacob Dupuis, the director of sales at B&D.
“The factor that separates us from other equipment providers is the team of talented B&D service technicians supporting everything that happens after you purchase the equipment, and this event gave our customers a chance to see this firsthand.”
B&D Sales and Service, which began as a laser welder and engraving equipment retailer, was established in 1984. It was acquired by Stuller Inc. in 2018 to expand its product line and services to better fit the needs of the customer, said the company.
“Ever since Stuller’s acquisition of B&D Sales and Service, we have been continuously encouraged by the positive impact of the capabilities in technical support and equipment repair,” said Taylor Burgess, chief customer officer at Stuller.
“This new space will continue to strengthen those capabilities and offers a space in the Northeast for our customers to learn and grow with us.”
The new B&D Headquarters is located at 55 Stamp Farm Road in Cranston, Rhode Island.
